Papaya & Watermelon Smoothie

This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and encourages healthy skin, hair, and nails. It's also quite exotic. Try it with the juice of 1 lime instead of the frozen banana and yoghurt for a lighter, more refreshing alternative.

MAKES 1 LARGE SMOOTHIE

1 cup papaya

1 cup watermelon

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon greek yoghurt

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon Spirit Dust (optional)

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
